Fundamentals of Managing Projects. A two-day workshop providing the basics of how to plan for and manage a successful project. Includes in-class exercises to practice key project activities.

Project Management for Trainers. Based on the Fundamentals course, but with examples and discussions especially tailored for instructional designers. Can be further focused to technology-based learning development.
